Lipo problem

Hi,

I have received today a new Lipo battery.
The brand is Outlander 3900 7.4V 2s battery.

I have tried to balance charge it and my lipo charger immediatly gives me an error about cell high...

After having a Sprint 2 flux for a month now, i have already damaged the rear belt because of the usual problem with small rocks.

I have found from Castle creations that if i use 2S LiPO instead of NiMH batteries i will get +5mph.

So, my plan is to buy LiPO battery and replace the standard Spur Gear (87 tooth) with a smaller...
