RE: Modeler or ARfer?

Model aviation is a hobby. Period. By definition, a hobby means non-professional (you don't earn your living from it). I guess it's just human nature for people to compete, but to me, that takes away...

RE: Spirit 2M RTF

Hi.  Regarding balance (CG), I always position my radio gear in the fuselage loosely while building to get the CG as close as posible using just the radio gear so I don't have to add ballast. ...

RE: Brodak Magician

RE: AMA after Hobbico's Takeover of ACE RC

Comment on Chinese products;  As an avid R/C modeler, I have to say that everything I've bought (made in China) has been nothing but top quality, well built and reasonably priced.  Their ARFs are...

RE: Old CL engine help

Here's my 2 cent's worth on old engines.  Like old cars, they're pretty to look at, but not that practical to use.  Price was always an issue, so cheaper engines were just that - cheap.  Poor quality...

RE: Brodak Magician

I had a Midwest Magician in the mid-70s that flew great for many seasons.  I looked long and hard to find another one, but Midwest is no longer around, so all I could find was the Brodak kit, which I...
