I'd say thats fair. depending on your electronics included though. if they're from hobbyking....i wouldnt risk my name for those electronics, because you'll have allot of upset customers in the end....

I second that. Park 400, or 480, 30 amp ESC and 1300-1800 mah 3 cell battery. Sounds like a fun project. Just how new are you though to flying? Dont forget...the Edge 540 got its name from a roll...

Magnum, a few suggestions,

I've done a few conversions myself, and find them to fly decent if built light. you picked a good airframe, high wing, light, and admirable wing area. My conversions...
