I mostly use single edge razor blades. I have the big box of 100 blades just to make sure every cut is made with a nice sharp edge. It's too frustrating trying to cut faom with a dull blade.

Here's a photo of my Kroger meat tray SE-5. It's a 4 channel (all 4 ailerons funtion) and uses brushless power. It's a nice flying plane.

Meat Tray Foamies

I put together an SE-5 from 10x14 meat trays from Kroger. I installed a brushless 400 motor and use a 7cell AAA Nimh pack. I'll post some photos.

Speed control HELP !!!

After a little research, the EDF50 motors that come with the A-10 only use 4.2 amps on 7.2 volts per motor. Your 22 amp ESC should have no problem whatever. I'd consider the charge on the battery...

Are you sure your battery pack was completely chrarged? I've had the same problem with batteries new out of the box. I've found it a good idea to cycle the charge once or twice before putting it in...
