Looking for a charger for 1/24 RC car

I just got a Losi 1/24 brushless and am looking for a charger for 2s lipo's.

There are so many chargers out there & I have zero lipo experience (last time I had RC stuff nicd & nimh ruled).

They are not well suited for a small craft / endurance. They do offer brushless trolling motors, however they are very pricey and way too big.

a 5lbs lipo...

Is there a manual throtle (an dial of sorts) that can be hooked up to an ESC to control motor speed of course?

I don't want to use a Tx and Rx.
