i think its the combined total IR of the pack or the average of the two cells. yeah its fairly quick. the balance plug doesnt need to be plugged in, just the charge lead.

In the Data View mode

the sky lipo 3300 40c measures from 3-8 depending on temp

the ONyx 1800 nicds measure from 60-80!

The IR is between 3-8mohm depending on temp..... Plenty of power for just under $20
