Try the liquid Rit. Use it straight, dye just the inside. I dye mine befor trimming off the flashing stuff .

I had 2 US 40's with a Saito 80 with 12x12 APC prop and they both were rockets and I loved them. Flutter took one and a "down draft"

I'm in #109. 2 US 40's and a 100. An US 40 with a Saito 80 and a 12x12 prop is just awsome.
