vxl issue

i have the rustler vxl and i have a new motor and esc. but my esc, after just a few minutes it goes into over heat mode, its only slightly warm but not hot motor is cool.

The dynamite passport ultra with a venom 2s hard case lipo 5000mah are awesome about an hour of run time. Works for me .

the mamba max pro says its 6s would a 3s still work on it since it has an ajustible voltage cuttoff? would it work with the vxl motor or would i have to upgrade it to? thx

The swelling is verry minute and id just on the tip where the wires come out thanks for rhe help but venom is goinh to check it if they warrinty it then good if they don't well no worse than I...

I have contacted venom and im waiting for a reply. But in the mean time im looking for a new pack that would be the best 11.1v battery that i could get in the 150$ range im mainly looking for...

the battery wasnt ever in a bad wreck the only physical damage was the lable is slightly torn.

ok the battery is definitly ruint it started to swell and get warm on the end with the wires. anyone with experience on venom customer support?[:o]

I'm using the vxl 3s that came on the rustler vxl but the cars not the problem I don't think.

ill have to wait till i get home to no which charger/ballencer i have. but the car works great just on nimh. the lipo prob is just in the charging.

I have a seprate Balencer from my charger there is no swelling and the wraping is torn a litle but didnt go through to the cell

Lipo probs

Got a new 6400 mah 11.1v 20c lipo from venom loved it for about 2 months. Then had a bad wreck then went about 3 weeks with out driving left the Lipo 10.89v now i tryed to charge it and it didnt go...

on the vxl system for rustler i plug in the battery and the steering works fine but no forward or reverse the esc light just blinks red. what could cause this i checked all the wire connections and...
