131 mph on radar with .35 os engine. and my os.46 AX II gremlin is even faster. A friend of mine
uses a racing .40 engine w/a tuned pipe that is the fastest gremlin on our field.

His wing may out fly a gremlin but- The gremlin is also a nice slow flyer and no tip stall. I have 2 of them and they are way fast enough w/.46 OS or .35 OS max engines.

Thanks again everyone. My engine is going on the new Ryan STA. It will be mounted inverted at about a 45 degree angle. The holes came already drilled w/blind nuts installed.

I have that plane too. I using a thunder tiger pro .46 on mine. I'm balancing mine about 3 1/4. Hope to do maiden flight this weekend, I'll let you know how it goes.

Take my advise-just buy the $35.00 Gremlin kit instead of wasting a bunch of time and money trying to figure it out. But good luck either way.
