I did opened it up to check for the metal leaflets you mentioned in the other thread. but that was fine. the problem was the shaft being bent. so I bent it back and it worked like a...

I opened up the tail rotor. fixed it and got it flying very nicely. no problems. later after a crash boom. tail rotor spinning but not hard enough opened it and the metal leaflets are burned. oh...

kenru, thanks for replying. I'll try the oil and keep you posted. as far as having the stick all the way to the right, yes, I had all the way to the right to compensate and the heli was still...

I tried adjusting the gain to the max and still no help what's going on? the gyro is an integrated piece. what gives?
