I have a picture of the original plans where it states it has a 54" wingspan. I just finished building one - don't let them fool you into thinking it will only take 10-16 hours to build it.....

The motor from the P-47 (5.5 lbs) will power the razor easily and I can prop it to 15" if I want more thrust. That Katana is a great looking plane too. Im a little gun shy on buying electric only...
