The other reason a company would allow another company to sell their product under a rebranded name is do to new technology. The original company has developed new technologe or an up dated product....

Maybe that's one of the ways Hobby King sells their stuff so cheap. They don't bother including a manual, warranty, needed cords or customer service because that costs money. It's just a rip off...
