Just read the manual. Do some testing and figure out what is going wrong then if all else fails Just call them.

When plugged up the way you have it and the rudder or elevator is full to one side...

+1 on that.

Check out page 13 and 14 of the manual. If you got the transmitter in French mode (mode 1/3) it would behave just as your describing. Page 14 explains how to get it back into standard...
