Thanks, I'll check it out, I highly doubt the motor is bad or inner shaft is bent. I have a total of about 5 flights w/no major crashes, and I just installed the xtreme inner shaft, so unless it came...

With the foam loaded in the back half of the canopy I had to adjust the Gain a little bit, but I get a perfect hover once I found the right spot. The controls are reacting perfectly. There is one odd...
