You can move the camber over and space out the top of the shock to make it work, but finding 10mm off-road shocks is a little bit of a challenge. Most 10mm are for crawlers.

Look on the spur gear and pinion gear for the tooth counts. If they are in the area of 20T pinion 87T spur, you should be in the right ballpark for a 3500-4000kv motor. I recommend a Hobbywing...
