I would set it to charge at .6 Amps for 600MAH,...

I would set it to charge at .6 Amps for 600MAH, 1.4 for 1400MAH, 1.8 for 1800MAH, ETC.

Set it to just stop when it is fully charged

That's how i would set up to charge them
