The bearings are 1/4 x 3/8 x 1/8standard & flanged (rubber sealed). They are easy to find on the RC bearing web sites or LHS. I had the same problem on one but fixed it very quickly by sanding...

The upper shock mount should be moved back 1/2 in to just outside of stock shock mount place. The mount gets flipped over & the shock is in front of the mount.

The tie rods need a lot of room.

Oh duh. 6mm is a lot bigger than the ones that I've got. I think that there are 2 but I had 2 kits. These are very skinny black ones. I'll dig them out.

Are the 6 mm cap screws the black ones? Where do they go? I have found a place for it yet.

It is very obvious that there is a bunch of parts, engineering & machining in these kits.

First sled is going together easy.Great engineering. Hot poker is working for hard to get to holes. Where do the little black plastic splined things go?

Pics of battery set up would help. I'm trying to figure out whether the battery goes over the hole for the circuit board or we get a more square size battery to go down in the circuit...
