it is tilted, maybe 10 degrees at a down angle. my thinking was that it would provide a downward thrust?

Thank You! I guess that's why when I take it out of the heated cab of the truck it starts....... rather then at or below 0 it is just not working... Any Idea on why it starts in reverse? I will kill...

Ice Boat or Sled

Just looking for feedback on this thing I built. I had it on skis, but on other than packsnow or Ice, turnning was an issue at low speeds. Its on a kids sled and moves out. I need to stableize it...

Anyone know why they sometimes start in reverse? Also, when its cold, they just don't wont to start? I use 15% fuel, should I use a higher mix?

surface area is the key... don't worry about tapping a drift. the new skis are soft and washers will push their way in with the head of the screw.... Longer is better! For hard pack snow... no...

Yep, I have the same prop! That thing will move out with the right skis. You know, if you have the right base, and it looks like your rudder is spot on in size, you wouldn't need an additional...

nice video! was the snow powder? Also, letting the skis cool is the key, warm skis lump up and thus create friction.  I put mine on Ice right after I get it out of the truck cab and started, -2 and...

Well, back to fixing it Yet Again!!!!  It took flight, 360 and that was that...... Nothing works like Zip-Kicker!! So I guess I need to work on fixing the aerodynamics.... Or just slow it down.....

Yes it is twice as fast!

We have plenty of snow but its very wet, as of yesterday.... today it looks better. I am in Northern Michigan North of Petoskey so frozen lakes are no problem....
