just use the two aileron torque rods to move the flaps through a Y rod. Mount your servo to one side of rib one so the Y rod pushes straight. I will post a pic or two in the morning.

Gotcha, I think it is best to have the cloth saturated. I cover it with food wrap or wax paper and smooth it out.

You dont have to worry too much on the appearance of your wing joint on the Ultra Stoner because you dont see the top and the bottom either beacause it is faired into the fuse with balsa.
