I can see by the type of rod connectors that were supplied with the kit and trying to keep them snug and secure to the control horns, binding will occur. Did some small washers come with the hardware...

Sounds like you have the rods installed incorrectly OR the holes in the control horns are too small and are binding the control rod. Did you follow the instructions when you assembled the glider? A...
