I used a HVLP gun to paint a plane using latex paint. I purchased my HVLP gun from harbor freight for under $40. It worked perfectly!

24X10 3 blade prop is WAAAYYY to much for hte DA50. That motor likes 22X8 or 22X10 in a 2 blade, so for a 3 blade it would need more like a 21X10.

Gary, thanks for the advice, I've been flying with a seasoned Corsair/warbird pilot. He's landed several times and had some trouble with the bouncing too. We'll keep woring on it, lots of good...

Gents,

Thanks for the help, that all makes sense. I'm going to continue working on it. Next is to add some down elevator with the flaps then slowly add some more nose weight but I HATE ADDING...

My Corsair seems to bounce a lot on landing. No matter how light I touch down. what are you guys doing to keep the plane from bouncing on the landings? Should I add some down elevator...

Nice looking planes.

They set up a tent the size of a circus tent to store airplanes in overnight, very cool. Also the same tent they serve the Pig Roast in.

make sure your flaps are symmetrical.. Meaning in the same position when retracted. If one is hanging down further than the other then it will act like and aileron and induce roll which you will try...

1. I have Brillelli 46 in a Great Planes Pitt's 1/3 scale bipe. That plane is 17 or 18 pounds and flies very scale with a 20X10 prop.

2. The Corsair needs a lot more prop then that to fly...
