RE: Flyzone Corsair - Can I forgo Anylink and install my own?

Thanks for the info. Did not think about looking at the manual but it does look very straightforward. I'll probably order one this week.

RE: Best Material for Small Foam Repair?

That's what I just did. Took some foam that I found in the basement, cut the piece square on the plane, cut the donor foam to size and then 30-minute epoxied it in. I'll cut and sand down when dry....

RE: Hitec Eclipse 7 or Futaba 8J?

I think I'm going to do the Tower deal for the A9. With $50 off and a free receiver, this is a good deal and a radio that should work for me for years to come.

RE: Hitec Eclipse 7 or Futaba 8J?

So maybe I need to consider the Aurora. I can get $50 off at Tower and maybe this is the route I should follow as I could grow into the radio. I just like the high mounted LCD of the Eclipse better.

RE: Anyone interested in a Linkage Upgrade for the 5B?

A return spring may work but definitely not as well as an upgraded linkage, as I've had experience using the return spring and wanted something more reliable. To each his own.

RE: Anyone interested in a Linkage Upgrade for the 5B?

Each is priced at $24 with shipping included within the US. International shipping would be additional and on a case by case basis. Like I said, I should have the balance of the parts I need...

RE: Anyone interested in a Linkage Upgrade for the 5B?

The linkage clears the filter. Not an issue. Had it in the sand this past weekend and worked great. My original design included a threaded coupler which moves the rod away from the filter but...
