The Sailair is a fantastic flyer! Whatever you do, don't omit. or try to fly without the spoilers. In strong lift this plane won't come down with out them! I speak from experience. Spent 2 hours...

Use two drums on the retrever, side by side.
Pin the one closest to the motor permanently. The other drum, uses a removable pin on the out board end, and with the pin removed, spins on the shaft....
