Yep, I made up some 3mm plywood washers same diameter as the alu nut. Cyano them to the bottom of the nut and sand a taper till it sits flush on the surface. Make sure to soak some thin cyano around...

Yep saw that as well, just always worry about the upper limits of pitch, like to have a bit of rpm under the belt and not load up the motor too much. [:@]

Anyone tried a 3 bladed Mejzlik 20x12 on the DA 50 with a J&A pitts muffler on this Yak, currently running the 22x8 3W wood prop.

I am worried that maybe 12 is a bit much and should go for 10...
