It was a Thrush ag-plane. David has won Top-Gun a few times with that plane, also he has posted alot about his plane and smoke system in the cropduster thread under "scale airpalnes".

Avaiojet,
I'm not aware of any plans or builds within the r/c community for the AT-401 Ait Tractor. Their are several other type ag-aircraft available.
