By the way, the Yak 54e received the best new plane award at SEFF in 2006.

I am shocked to hear this about the Yak 54e. I flew one for about five minutes and really liked it doing some 3D.
The only thing I can think of for crash is that he must be flying at very high...

I have the 88" Yak, and have flown the 74" and the electric version too. You will not find better quality in an ARF especially a Yak.
