That is what I do. Just use a small piece of wood dowel to push whatever amount needed out. Do the same on the other tube.

From my experiences, the glue is super strong and I only need to apply a minimum amount to establish a solid joint. I also use it to glue hatch latch etc critical components where...

Loctite hysol 9462 is also a very strong glue for firewall installation. It is off-white in color and thixotropic.

I use two pieces of white masking tape, cut to the width of the fence plus extra 1/16" on either side. Put the tape on stab, top and bottom, then glue the fence onto the tape.

My reading on the topic is that tiny water drops in the gel evaloperate under the heat. They can not escape the wraps so the wraps have to expand.

No harm is done, unless the pack is way-over...

Somebody mentioned (on a different rcu thread) that the Advance can reach 6200rpm with 21x14.

Just wonder if 6200 is the pretty much the top limit for 21x14 or 20.5x14.

Good to know. What's the weight of the piece?

I used to use 3mm aircraft grade ply with many lightening holes.
