They are good about that. I cracked mine at about the 5th tank. I called them and they sent me a new one for free.

bbentley40 is right. If you do decide to use the pull start wear a glove on the pull start hand so you won't get any blisters. It will take quite a few pulls till you get it started. I went with the...
