I use a Triton charger at 1.5 C on the 600AE pack. Works great. You're going to love the Zagi.

Maybe there's a break in the pack. Can you measure what the voltage is with a voltmeter?

I've got one of those, it's a great charger.

1) Top-off Charge, that 0.7 A must be a typo, it should be 0.07 A or 70 mA which they do state. I'd use 100 mA in that case or none at...

A fully charged 3300 mAh battery could be discharged at 30 amps for:

3.3 Ah / 30 A = 0.11 hours

ie 6 minutes and 36 seconds. I don't think you'll damage the cell if you take it...
