I left everything according to manual (servo set-up, CG, throws, rates). Just be creative with the battery location when balancing. This bird will maiden just fine if you follow the instructions.

Flys great with TH-75 in the recommended position (i.e. per manual). See post #8 on first page of this thread. You will not even have to mess with the cowling except for glow plug access.

I'm interested to see the responses to this question. I noticed something similar but attributed it to my inexperience. It feels like the plane drops out of the turn and I assumed that I wasn't using...

To secure the fuel tank I used velcro and strapped a tie-rap around the tank to keep the two pieces of velcro from coming appart. Seems to be holding up well.

I purchased one of these with the intent of installing a TH-75 but became concerned about being under-powered after reading some of the posts.

Well, unless you want to hang on the prop all day...
