The BSB was built/designed with a lot of upthrust on the engine. Because this is a tunnel hull, this was done to keep the bow down and not let the hull blow over so easily. With the power available...

Being a tunnel hull, you may want to try a turn fin (as long as it will only be run on water).

To make it work equally to turn in both directions, mount it to the hull bottom, about 1/3 the hull...

Areas need to be cut out into the foam to allow wooden members to be glued into the foam for the most strength. This way the piece will also be flush with the surface of the foam.

A lot will depend on the brand of engine, engine size, brand of radio as well as appearance and integrety.

It could go for $100 or you could get $200 for it. More depends on you want out of it.

Good looking hull you have there. And by the looks of your construction pictures, it's very well made.

I would also suggest trying a different size prop. A 19 turn motor sould be able to swing...

A clear polyurethane varnish will also work to preserve decals (stickers) on the hull, as well as giving an added fuel-proofing coat to the paint job.

They all use non-throttled engines. One servo is all that is needed for rudder control so...
