Check out Troy Built Model's (TBM). They are now selling the DL 50 and 100 and will service both warranty and non warranty. They say that they have a complete service dept. with parts.

What size socket head bolts are you guys using to secure the DL100 to the firewall? It appears that 10/32 bolts are the only size that will fit the mounting holes.
