Whoa. Way too much work for something that will give little improvement. Get the Mach/Dynamite for $150 like phmaximus suggested and be done!

RE: Electric or Nitro? E or T Maxx?

As far as the "crap" you have to fix, the parts are about the same on the T-Maxx and E-Maxx. Just because the E-Maxx does not burn fuel does not mean you wont be breaking parts like on the T-Maxx.

RE: cutaway model

Wow. Those are amazing. Neat looking models. Since you have two of the nitro engines, do one red and leave one. =) Interested in seeing what it looks like. Terrific job man!

RE: Need help starting. Just got the truck.

Your gear mesh does not have anything to do with it. Sounds like tight compression especially on a new engine. Use a hair dryer or a heat gun to warm it up like Derty said, and you should be off and...

RE: i think i broke my motor mount

I have broken my motor mount on my T-Maxx from a collision. They can break. Be sure you follow RCNutz's advice though and do not tighten the screws back in too tight. I have stripped the treads in my...

RE: what do you think

Hard to guess actual speeds in actual MPH. Probably pretty quick, perhaps more than you'd want. Not sure if you could get a big block .21 to fit in a 1/10 scale vehicle like the X-cellerator. At the...

RE: revo upper arms breaking!

Grab the RPM arms is what I'd also recommend. Different trucks react differently to things. I break parts doing things on my T-Maxx that my LST2 has no trouble with, and vice-versa. Name of the game...

RE: need help id tmaxx

I have the exact truck. Mine came with the composite pipe, weird air filter, and all the other peculiarities that have been mentioned. It came the way pictured from the factory, no upgrading and...

RE: RPM CLUTCH COVER

Gives a better seal so crap doesnt get in there, looks neat. Solid mounting. Has a little plug you can pull out to adjust the slipper nut. I have a blue on for my LST2, I like it alright.

RE: My first tmaxx

RE: Torque in a throttle servo

Yup, shouldn't need a bunch like Savagejim said. Torque in a throttle servo is typically meant for extra braking power.

RE: losi spinstart

I pull off the air filter and spray some WD-40 in there. Works everytime the spin start won't "catch".

RE: Please Help! engine question

It is probably being held on there by friction. See if you can get a fingernail in there and pry it free from the engine block. Too tight? Use a very small flat blade screwdriver to try and get it...
