Sort of - hiding in the scale tank you see in the pic is the Sullivan one! Didn't fancy leaks etc..
It does fill from the scale position however.

And to answer another question, the center...

The most accurate plans are the Nelitz 1/3 scale ones - he was a World Champion scale builder.
Larry Pierce (he's on this forum - LT Pierce)) has Bob's original mylars, so you can get a set of spot...
