Could be, some engines take a little more time to warm up...
I sometimes run engines when the shop is only about 40 degrees, and they take a little running time to get a good transition, but less...

That's the very reason to set the high first, contrary to some "conventional wisdom"...Unless something is wrong with the carb, 1/4 on the high is not enough....If you open both to 1 1/2 or 2, than...

There are only 2 bolt patterns for all Walbros and most Tillotsons...The 150s use the wider bolt pattern....
The Walbro SDC80 is the largest carb with the narrow bolt pattern...
$46 for a carb...

DA uses G10 epoxy board, sometimes called Garolite or FR4....

I think the largest Walbro that fits the bolt pattern is the SDC80....It's a great carb, made for a big chainsaw...Only bad part is the price, about $74 retail....
There are only 2 bolt...

The screw is really tight, best to put the carb in a vise and use a tight fitting screwdriver...
I took one of the screws out about 12 years ago to check it out..You might try a temporary plug in...

There's a ball and spring under the brass screw...It's a leftover from the chainsaw the carb was made for...When vibration levels get too high the ball vibrates off the seat and richens the...
