Thank you sir, The cub wheels I have are 5.5" so I will use them. Not sure how the wheel pants will fit over them but that's part of the fun, figuring out how to make it work..

I'm installing the retracts now and they seem too long. The plane seem's too high, dose anybody know what the distance is between the ground and the bottom of the wing on a real DC3?

No, rudder is not permanant yet. And yes I been reading the same about weight up front to get it to balance. I'll just have to see about the paratroopers.

Mike, For some reason wheels didn't come with my retracts. I e-mailed VQ and they are checking into it. But if I read you right, your saying that the wheels that come with the retracts are not scale?...
