Oh, I didn't know that, Man that sucks. I hate esc/rx combos. Except when it is in necessary places like ultra micros.

Why not just buy a DX6i or 5e if you can't afford the 6i, then get a DSM2 receiver and use the esc that comes in the LP?

Here is a rx that would work.

If you have other planes, or rc cars, you can test the servos by plugging them into your other stuff to see if they work.

No it will not bind with the DX5e or any other DSM2 tech radio. You have to have a compatible DSM2 receiver

That would be a no. If I'm not mistaken, the mini cub has servos that are built on the board and will not be strong enogh for the super cub.

A plane that breaks during a crash isn't tough. You mentioned repairs that needed epoxy and even popsicle sticks to make it good again.
A "Tough plane" would be able to take a crash and not break....

On that note, I have to thank Exceed for making a great Cub that was with in my budget and allowed me enough money to get a second plane as well. :D:D:D

I noticed that when I was reading about it and I thought that was the coolest part.
