When motors get warmer they become less effecient and this may cause shorter flight times. But if it is not getting too warm it may work.

Someone mentioned that adding extra collars (more weight) would help stableize the heli. I would say that taking the weights off would make it less stable.

I don't know how long I get out of my stock battery as I haven't flown it that long yet:D I was trying to hover it yesterday (the first chance I had to fly it) and it was all I could to to stay up...

I don't like the mounting of the stock batteries in the F40 either. I just weighed the stock battery of my falcon40 and it is 85.4 grams.
