The only reason(s) I use duals, (from M.S.) is because I just happen to have two of them. Compared to other dual set ups. M.S is simpler. The entire unit takes 4 screws, and you are in. No seperate...

Like your opinion/experience on the SPD III type out drives vs strut and bracket on larger hulls ( a 57" deep V hull. Apache) re performance for sports. With a strut and bracket, I leave about a 1/2"...
