Either the servo you installed is not waterproof, or something that used to be water proof no longer is.

The theory of being charged on the Lipo setting is convincing to me. Somebody didn't take the time to learn about the A123 cells, and is trying to get the company to float the bill.

Cambo, what did you use for a bolt? The hole in the throttle lever is much bigger than the screw head that came with the carb.

Your clutch lining came unattached from the clutch bell. I used CA glue on mine although I believe they recommend epoxy.
