I'd like to see this Enya 41 diesel too. I was living in Japan when the four cycles came out and I never saw or heard of an Enya 4 cycle diesel.

Open rocker engines may be nice to look at but not to use in an airplane. The top end gets dirty and wears quicker and the push rods are always getting lost.

All those engines being shown are...

There is a picture of an Enya back in this thread. Enya made two 4 cycle open Rocker. A 35 and a 40. Saito never made a Marine 4 cycle. They made an ignition schneurle ported gasoline two cycle that...

Nope, the first production four cycle glow engine was the OS FS60. It was released in 1976. Came in five versions including a marine version. I have all 5. It was released in 76 but Mr. Ogawa of OS...

You can make one out of music wire. I did it on one of my old OS FS 75's. Worked fine

Enya Made a open rocker 35 and 40 and saito made two versions of a 30 open rocker and a 40. I own all of them

Why those sneaky little japanese engineers at Yamada snuck this in without telling me. Oops I forgot about the 53. However, YS never made an open rocker engine.

Nope. YS never made a 4 cycle smaller than a 60 and it had covered rockers.
