Yup, that's where your suppose to measure from.

I don't know what to tell you, that's pretty bizzare that it's taking so much weight to get it balanced.

I forgot what the instructions call for the CG, have you double checked it in the manual and also, are you measuring from the leading edge of the wing at the fuse?

If you haven't built it, then someone may have put steel ball weights that come with the kit or added too much weight.

What motor and pack are you running. Possible that you've either got the measurement wrong or that your motor and pack is way too small/light for it.

I didn't have any issues balancing mine.

I've been using the How High? It works great and is fairly accurate! I got several of them and put two in the same model to see how accurate they were. They both came to within 5' of each other...

I have the same question as well, I'd love to pick one up, even if they are $2,500 per! Only other choice right now would be the Inspire 90, but since I already have a 60, would rather get this one....

That's awesome! I just ordered one and plan to use a Lehner basic 5000 XL, about the same motor as your hacker. Same pack just a P80, need to upgrade to a P125 though.

I had one that I covered in Solite, ended up passing it to a buddy who enlarged the control surfaces and made it a 3D flyer. It hovers well and does insane tight loops and rolls.
