Hi Matt, just to let you know, I changed the battery pack for a new one. Did the job. It flies quite well, still a litlle difficult to get away but with a slight wind when launching it is all ok.

I reinforced the firewall with 4mm ply. A bit extreme but it couldn't do any harm.Added a little weight but not too excessive.

I changed the throttle servo position and used a different control...
