I made the venturi on the lathe with some aluminum bar stock, and the throat diameter is 6mm, which is just a few thou smaller than the crank opening width.

CP the brass fittings are the ones...

I have a Magnum 15 XLS in my Shark 15, might be fun to mod the magnum like this, get rid of the carb and muffler.

So using the one of the engine lugs for the pressure line, is just cause there is more meat there to tap into, as opposed to the rear cover plate?

Nice video CP, I didn't realize you could get those kind of rpm's out one of those engines, does that engine originally come with a throttled carb? If so, are those rpm's just a result of the Venturi...

I picked up the nelsons today, they were used in speed C/L racing. One FISE and one FIRE, they have square exhaust exits and they were run open exhaust, also in the package was a C/L FIRE Nelson 40...
