Thank you for your assistance. Everything appears to be ok with the lower rotor head. I have made numerous fragile adjustments to the 3in1 with no luck. I am hoping the inner shaft is slightly warped...

The ah-6 is the name of the heli. I believe that the purpose of this and or any "hobby" is to have fun. Wheter that means to bling the heli until its nothing more than a paper weight, or to upgrade...

without that washer over time your bearing will bind to the top of the outershaft gear. Yes the beveled part faces upward.

I recently took my son to a heli museum in our area. Aside from being an amazing place, we stumbled upon a heli simulator. Basically it was just a canopy with some controls but it got me thinking....
