Well... deadsticked down wind at low altitude with 20kmh winds... tried turing around to land against the wind... plane stalled and slammed into the asphalt... fuse broke in half... wing is intact.

That fuse is really weak....

How do you guys handle the fuel bubbleling issues with your twist? I added a layer of thick foam between the fuse and the tank and I'm still having problem with...

ok guys... if you wanne fit a .46 size in there... you better watch out when you execute high G's moves like the blender...

My tribute cracked, on the fuse, right under the wing, a good 7...

Got mine yesterday, finished it a couple of minutes ago...

I have a Evo .46 on it. I didn't check to CG yet but I probably will have to add weight :(

I can't wait to see how it flies...

Hey guys,

I own a Twist from hangar 9 and I've been flying it for a while now... I don't like the 3d performance of the twist with the Evo 46.

So I have 2 choices,

1- buy a Saito 82....

I have a question for all you twist guys!

What expo are you using for your twist?

I use 60%. I didn't experiment with different expo setting, this is the first plane that I use expo with.

Guys,

How does your Twist react when using the rudder?

When I input left rudder, the wings tend to roll right? Is this normal for this type of plane? Maybe I have some funky mixing...

On my 4th flight, I flew my twist into a tree saturday.... it banged a branch, and then fell to the ground nose first from about 10 feet...

Yes, when I bought my Twist Plug and Pray I noticed that too. I used CA to glue it in place. It seems to stay put now, but after hearing your story I will check that it is still glued properly from...

I put a 10x7 prop on her yesterday and flew it. The engine was running very nice. I only had time for one flight so I didn't experiment much. This weekend I will have much more time to play around...
