GENTLEMEN....Lots of good info on Pappy....I have a Ziroli F4U with 328 flights on it that i started flying in Feb of 1998....it is ready for a new paint scheme and I like the #883 ....its on my list...

Even @TopGun....you still get judged not only in static but how well the airplane flys and how well a pilot flys the airplane.........I personally would rather lose slightly in static to get it back...

I also have the Z 101" B-25 with the G-38's.......I don't consider it overpowered, but it is relatively fast......I haven't flown one with the G-26's but would think that they would work...

Mark...........How do you like the Flight Metal?.....I've using .007 speed tape for a number of years and it seems to work well....and I can't beat the price......works good for simulated access...

Mark.......Your P-47 is coming together quite nice.......I put the "N" tips on my jug....finishing this Cessna 182 and should be done in a week or so.....then I'll finish my P-47............Bill.....

I recall that a Jet Engine's basic thrust is accomplished thru "Gas Expansion Theory",being an aircraft mechanic for many years and not a physicist it would make sense to me as some have already...

We have a group down here in South Florida that at some fly-ins we will put 10-12 giant-Scale warbirds in the air at the same time....we don't due the Combat thing per se , but fly tight formations...

Tim..........From my own experience.........those micro-servos can strip-out quite easily from vibration caused by gas engines.....tried several installations and they still had gear...

Tim..........I am working on my 2nd Ziroli P-47 and am finishing the wing up now.........I use Futaba servos except for the flaps.....I use the Hitech HS645MG's ......haven't had any problems on any...

On my Ziroli B-25 , I didn't do anything out of the ordinary.I used a 6V battery pack and 1 Reciever,use 4 servos for the flaps with 2 "Y" connectors for each side and mechanically rigged the flaps...
