How can I determine the speed control amp rating for a motor i dont know the size or windings of? Can I run it free and check using a VOM?

Tow hook location

If I use a tow plane, does the tow hook location mater? To be more specific, can I use a tow hook location above the plane of the wing on the nose of the fuse?

Are there any books or info on making your own WTC's and other items for an operating sub? Things like pro's and con's of not using ballast tanks or using forward motion for diving and etc.

I have read in auto-gyro sites that pusher gyro's are treated differently such as in rotor angle, engine down thrust, etc. Where can I find info relating to this?
