Take a look around, there is a set of instructions for setting up the UltraStick with its flaps, I used it for mine. Should also work with another plane that has separate flaps.

I was having the same problem, then I noticed that the servo I was test-running for that Aux channel was plugged in upside-down. Plugged it in correctly and suddenly it was working! That was...
