RE: My first set of wheels.

K B, you got me thinking. I'm looking again at Mamba Max and outrunner. I'm quite familiar with airplane style outrunners. My primary concern is that the Goat will tear up the driveline on the AX10....

RE: My first set of wheels.

I'm looking for good value for my money, not the actual dollar amount.

I didn't realise the Goat was significantly heavier than other possible set-ups. I understand a low C of G is desireable,...

RE: Re-shaping a foam wing.

Thanks for the responses so far, and I apologise for my absense, but my ISP cut me off for the last 12 days.

I don't doubt that the model will fly fine, if only for 5 to 10 minutes. I have a...

RE: Re-shaping a foam wing.

Daveosoar, I guess you're right. But I want long flight times in excess of an hour or so, and I just don't think the stock wing airfoil will do it. The kit came with no instructions, no pictures or...

RE: Re-shaping a foam wing.

Re-shaping a foam wing.

I have just started assembling a molded foam, powered, scale sailplane / motor glider. The wing has a very thick and blunt trailing edge, as is typical of foamies, and looks like a longer chord...

RE: MalayAsian Hangar

Regarding the guy on the other forum talking about batteries, he obviously has no idea what he is talking about. Do yourselves a favour and ignore it. Total nonsence.

Regarding the flying field,...

Re:- Buran.

It...
